The Highlands at Big South Fork is a planned community, designed to meet the needs of our equestrian and outdoor recreation-oriented residents. From common areas, and the owners’ barns areas, to the extensive trails network and lots and roads layout, our Master Plan is a blueprint for the future of this exceptional and unique equestrian community. 

Our planning consultants include the past Project Manager for the Big South Fork National River and Recreation Area, winner of a Presidential Design Excellence Award (for Blue Heron in BSF).
